Purchases can be paid for by either credit/debit card online or by phone, PayPal or by mailed cheque. For online credit/debit card payment please follow the online shopping cart instructions. Alternatively call us with your order (01424 432178 opening hours) and we can process your card over the phone. For PayPal payment send your payment to email@example.com with an attached note stating what you want and your phone number.
For mail orders please send a letter indicating the items required and the delivery address and contact phone number. Please enclose a cheque (made out to Hastings Angling Centre Ltd) for the correct amount. Cheques will need to clear before goods are sent.
Postage and delivery
We use Royal Mail or UPS depending on size and destination. Each item in the online shop has its postage rate specified for UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands and the EU. UK mainland shipping is free for orders over £150. Other International postage is possible please contact us for details and rate. Postage outside of the EU may attract customs duties and other restrictions.
Orders received before 2pm on working days will ship that day whenever possible for next working day delivery mainland UK. UPS tracking data will automaticaly be emailed to you. Highlands and Islands and overseas will take longer. Orders taken at the weekend will ship Monday. Urgent Saturday deliveries for some items can be made for a surcharge, please contact for details. Frozen bait and live worms can only be shipped to UK mainland Monday to Thursday as there are no deliveries at the weekend as they would perish over the weekend.
Returns will be accepted upto 10 days after delivery. If the goods are faulty or incorrect full refund or replacement will be issued. If the goods are returned due to change of mind postage will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted for non faulty items if they have been used, worn, soiled or interfered with. The customer is fully responsible for sending the goods back to Hastings Angling Centre.
Faulty goods under warranty should be returned and we will pass them on to the supllier for repair or replacement.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. You must contact us as soon as possible before sending goods back in every case.
