Traditional black ''Dungy'' lug (known up north as runnydowns or slappers). This lugworm gutted and wrapped in newspaper. These will keep alive for several days in the fridge and are a top bait for beach casting being quite tough. Keep them a bit longer until they get ''sticky'' and they are a favourite for flatfish. These are usually in stock but we can run out when tides are short and demand is high.
